Nash Farm Battlefield
From Dixiepedia: The PC-Free Encyclopedia
Nash Farm Battlefield, the site of four major battles of the Atlanta Campaign, was spared development when it was purchased by Henry County in 2005. Work and restoration continues with plans to turn the original 1844 farmhouse into a museum which will contain artifacts that are being recovered from Nash Farm property. In August of 2006, a Dedication Ceremony was held along with its first living history event. The Atlanta Campaign, or the Battle of Atlanta, re-enactment, formerly held at another location, will now be held at Nash Farm.
